3. What is your Turn Around time and what if I don't like the images?
Our TAT is 24-72 hours but we can deliver in case of any emergeny.You can provide us the instructions regarding the changes needs to be done and things you don’t like ,we would be happy to redo the images for you and will submit you the revised images
4. How do I submit and receive the files and what are the format options for submitting and receiving the files.
You can submit the files in any format and can send it through via FTP,Dropbox or we transfer. You can let us know your choice of format for receiving images .We will edit the images and will send it to you in your desired output format through we transfer or dropbox.The possible options are JPGS,LR catalog,LR catalog with XMPS,only XMPS,Lossy DNGS.
5. What software do you use to edit the images?
We use Adobe light room 5 to edit the images
6. What is the cost per image and is there any free trial?
You can refer to our pricing page for details on cost per image. Yes, we do offer free trial service, Submit up to 10 images to see our skills and expertise in post production services.

7. Is there any minimum order?
No, there is no minimum or maximum order. You can submit any number of images for editing. We respect and value each and every customer.
8. Can the editors replicate my style of editing?
Yes, you need to provide the instructions and preferences on editing the image Also you can provide a before and after sample image so that the editors can understand you requirement and can deliver you the services accordingly.
You can make the payment through PayPal or bank account. Our preference is to get paid through PayPal
10. Are your prices in US dollars?
Yes, our prices are in US dollars but we accept all the foreign currency as we have clients in many countries. You can let us know your preference, we will send you invoice accordingly.
11. Are your monitors color calibrated?
Yes, we calibrate our monitors on weekly basis as it is very important being a post production company. It ensures that the viewing environment is consistent.
